Nicholas A. Tilden earned his J.D. in 2000 and has been in private practice since then. Mr. Tilden holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University.

Mr. Tilden practices in many areas including: civil litigation; real estate; landlord/tenant; business/corporate; estate planning; bankruptcy; collections; criminal defense; personal injury; probate; and traffic. Mr. Tilden is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. 

Mr. Tilden has been a resident of Porter for most of his life and has been active in the community, including serving on the Board of Trustees for the Westchester Public Library.

Mr. Tilden is a member of the Porter County Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association. Mr. Tilden is also a member of the Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
