Cynthia A. Tilden

Cynthia Tilden has been practicing law since 1991 upon her graduation from Valparaiso University School of Law. Ms. Tilden also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Valparaiso University. 

Ms. Tilden practices in many areas, including: Family Law; Juvenile/CHINS; Guardian ad Litem work; Adoption; Real Estate Transactions; Estate Planning; Probate; and Mediation. 

Ms. Tilden has been a resident of Porter for most of her life and is involved in the community including work with the Friends of Porter. 

Education: J.D., Valparaiso University, 1991; B.S., Political Science, Valparaiso University, 1988. 

Bar Admission: Indiana, 1991; United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, 1991; United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, 1991. 

Bar Associations: Porter County Bar Association. 




Nicholas A. Tilden

Nicholas A. Tilden earned his J.D. in 2000 and has been in private practice since then. Mr. Tilden holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University. 

Mr. Tilden practices in many areas, including: Civil Litigation; Real Estate; Landlord/Tenant; Business/Corporate; Estate Planning; Bankruptcy; Collections; Criminal Defense; Personal Injury; Probate; Small Claims; and Traffic.     Mr. Tilden is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. 


Mr. Tilden has been a resident of Porter for most of his life and has been active in the community, including serving on the Board of Trustees for the Westchester Public Library.
